At the beginning of this year I was involved with the packing and moving of Art works from Aberdeen Art Gallery in preparation for its closure for refurbishment, Also during this time I helped with the installation of some of the Aberdeen collection at Drum Castle. I decided to make a series of pinhole photographs during this process, I was particularly interested in how the permanence of the building structure is contrasted with our frenetic and transitory movements. Some exposures required 6-8 hrs to complete, others around 30 minutes.
